Shipping Policy

Orders received before 12:00 p.m. (noon)EST will be shipped same day. (Monday-Friday)

Orders received after 12:00 p.m. (noon)EST will be shipped the next business day.

Orders over $150.00 will be shipped freight free with the exception of equipment. Equipment orders will be billed actual freight charges upon delivery. Orders under the free freight minimum will be charged a $15.00 freight charge.

PLEASE count the boxes you receive in each and every shipment. We are able to track shipments; however, we will not be responsible for any boxes signed for that are not received.

PLEASE notify us within 24 hours so that we can correct any errors with your orders.


Babe Special Order Freight Information Effective 6/17/2020

Normal ground shipping special order hair (and stocked hair that is out of stock) is included in the price of Babe Hair.

If an account special orders any hair that we currently do not stock we will order for the account and will not charge any freight charges if sent normal ground shipping. Normal ground shipping is 3 to 5 days from Babe.

If an account wants a “guaranteed delivery” from SalonRedi or Babe on any hair we stock or have to special order for them, we will include a freight charge.

The freight charge for guaranteed delivery of hair purchases is as follows:

  • Overnight Guaranteed delivery - $30
  • 2-Day Guaranteed delivery - $20
  • 3-Day Guaranteed delivery - $15

Returns Policy

Products

Returns accepted up to 30 days from date of delivery with receipt on all items provided they meet the following conditions:

All pricing labels must be removed and all products must be in re-sellable condition and unused. No discontinued product may be returned. A return authorization number (RA number) must be obtained by calling customer service at 1-800-659-2704.

Return authorization numbers will only be issued for items within 30 days of the delivery date.

A 15% restocking fee may be applied to all returns unless the return is a result of damage incurred during shipping, in which case, we will exchange the product or issue a credit. No credit will be issued without return of damaged goods incurred in shipping.

Hair Extensions

You must call your Salon Development Specialist to request an RA number within 7 days of receipt for any exchange or credits. No exceptions. Receipt date is determined by the delivered date via the tracking number of the carrier.

Any return request must be authorized. There is a $15 restocking fee on all returned items. No shipping charges will be refunded. Authorized and inspected as acceptable returns will be credited to your account, minus the restocking fee.

Federal regulations do not allow us to accept any hair merchandise that has been opened, used, altered in any way other than the original condition. Tags must be attached and the original packaging must be fully intact. For individual extensions, none of the strands should be pulled out in any way. Any signs of handling will be considered opened and used.

Electricals

Return for replacement on defective merchandise will be accepted up to 1 year from date of purchase with receipt and original packaging/box.

Special Order

No returns will be accepted on special orders.

Shears

Returns on shears will be accepted only if manufacturer defect.

SalonRedi is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide a more personalized shopping experience. We do not sell or trade or otherwise provide your personal information to anyone else. By using our website you consent to the collection and use of this information by our company.

Security Policy

SalonRedi is committed to ensuring that your personal data is secure. We use a combination of written procedures, electronic monitoring, and physical access restrictions such as firewalls in order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure of the personal data that is collected.

The website is secured using SSL technology which encrypts all data sent between your computer and our system. SalonRedi uses a tokenization system when processing credit cards which enables us to process cards without storing any credit card numbers, expiration dates, or CVV/CID codes.

Curbside Pickup Policy

Orders are available for pickup 1 hour after order is placed between the hours of 9:00 am and 3:30 pm Monday through Friday. Orders not picked up within 24 hours will be returned to stock and charged a restock fee of 15%. Invoices will be emailed at pickup.
